Sweet Corn Bread
Gorgeous, simple, quick and delicious bread that takes a couple of minutes to put together and after less than an hour in the oven you can serve it with a salad or simply with a slice of cheese and butter! So what you do is : in a bowl mix 350g of self-raising flour, 350ml of milk, 1 small can of rinsed sweet corn (no liquid), ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of baking powder. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 50 - 55 minutes at 180 degrees. You can check the bread by poking a wooden stick into the centre of the bread, the stick should come out clean :) ENJOY!
